Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide effective treatment for children and families in order to improve quality of life. We go the extra mile to offer exceptional ABA therapy, coordinate services, and ensure that all of our customers’ needs are satisfied.

Our Vision

Formations Behavior Therapy would like to be viewed as the trusted and ethical resource in the community for improving challenging behaviors and essential life skills. We want to give back to our community by doing what we can to develop meaningful social outcomes for those in need.

Our Philosophy:

We view service as a privilege. In fact, a driving force behind our work is the belief that your child or loved one has the right to a socially meaningful life. We also believe that for therapy to be effective, it must consider every aspect of a person’s environment. For this reason, we strive to offer comprehensive care that prioritizes coordination of services and parent and family involvement.

What We Do

Our practice is committed to providing effective behavior therapy to children and young adults. Our mission is to provide effective treatment and improve quality of life for children and families influenced by autism and related conditions. We implement strategies drawn from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our treatment model also includes case management, coordination of care, and structured parent and family training.

Therapy is delivered by a highly qualified team which includes a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Behavior Therapist (CBT), and in many cases a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP). Services take place in both the home and clinic settings.
